Common questions

Which MyFitness app am I using?

Mac: MyFitness: Gym & Home Workouts (Mac App Store).
iPhone / iPad: MyFitness: Calorie Tracker (App Store). Premium purchases are managed per Apple platform / Apple ID subscription for that store listing.

How do I restore MyFitness Premium?

Open the app, go to Premium or Settings → Subscription, and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy on that platform.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscriptions: on Mac use System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad use Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions (wording may vary by OS version). You can also open Apple’s subscription management page from the app’s Premium or Settings screen.

AI plan isn’t generating — what should I try?

Check your network connection and try again. If it still fails, use a local plan option if shown, or email us with your device (Mac or iPhone), OS version, and app version.

Where is my workout or food data stored?

Profile, plans, history, and (on iOS) nutrition logs stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Camera, photos, or microphone aren’t working (iOS)

Meal photo and voice logging need permission. Open Settings → MyFitness (or Calorie Tracker) and allow Camera, Photos, Microphone, and/or Speech Recognition as needed, then try again.

The app won’t open or keeps crashing

Update macOS or iOS if possible, reinstall from the Mac App Store or App Store, then email us with the steps that trigger the issue and whether you’re on Mac or iPhone.
